Q2. How to do Payment
Method 1: Debit / Credit Card Payment via Paypal (International Buyer)
a. If you have Paypal account, login with your Paypal email and Password and do the payment.
b. If you don't have Paypal account, no worry, just click [Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card] and Paypal will required you to key in your card details.
Step 1: Key in your first name and last name.
Step 2: Key in your credit card/debit card information
Step 3: Add your billing address if is different from initiated address
Step 4: Click 'Add'
Step 5: Select your 'preferred shipping address'
Step 6: Click 'Pay Now'
Then you are success for your payment via Paypal!
Method 2: Boost E-Wallet (Malaysian Buyer)
Step 1: Open your Boost App
Step 2: Tap 'Pay with QR'

All of the items are shipped from Malaysia. We provide FREE shipping or the purchase above MYR200 within Malaysia. We use Poslaju Malaysia to ship the product within Malaysia.
Q7. Is 13 Enterprise provide international shipping to any countries?
We provide international shipping, however certain shipping charges will be charged. By fill in your Countries and we will let you know the cost and whether we do ship to your countries. Want to save more in your shipping? Buy more and save more in your shipping cost.

Q9. Why tracking system show 'Record Not Found'?
If you get "Record Not Found" while tracking your parcel, that could mean the post office has not scanned the slip yet or probably they are in the midst of upgrading their online tracking system.
